A wonderfully tough deciduous small shrub discovered as a chance cross in an English garden in the 1930’s and has been popular ever since. Growing about 90cm tall and a bit wider it is very useful as an informal hedge and looks spectacular when massed in the garden. The sky blue flowers are produced on mass from Summer to Autumn. ‘Heavenly Blue’ was given the Award of Garden Merit by the Royal Horticultural Society.
