A very interesting plant from New Zealand that features interesting angled branches with small grey green leaves covered with white hairs. Small, yellow fragrant flowers are borne in Mid Spring ahich then produce red berries in Autumn.
While this plant is from coastal environments, it is tolerant of heavy frosts to -8. It prefers regular water and can grow in full sun or part shade. It makes a useful specimen plant, hedge or interesting pot plant.
