Shipping & Returns

We are an online nursery that specialises in the mail order delivery of plants. We are well experienced in the packing and posting of plants and are able to deliver to New South Wales, The ACT, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia. We post our plants via Australia Post on Mondays. Unfortunately we are unable to post to Tasmania or Western Australia.

All our plants are posted in the pots they are grown in, rather than being unpotted and the soil removed. The plants are carefully wrapped for protection and then boxed for safe transit.

Here is what some of our happy customers have said:

Just unpacked my plants. Thanks heaps for the good stock. Looking forward to whacking them in the ground. John, Warrnambool

I have received my order from you, thank you for the quick service. I'm very happy with order, the great packing and speed of transport. And above all, the plants are a brilliant size and looking very healthy. This is my first order from you and I'm impressed and really pleased to find a local grower of tough plants for our area. Rhonda, Dubbo

I received the plants safely yesterday - thanks for the speedy delivery. I was very pleased with having them so quickly as well as the quality of the lants purchased. Joan, Sydney

Postage is calculated based on the number of plants ordered, as follows:

In addition, for the postcodes listed below in Rural South Australia and Rural/Remote North Queensland a postal surcharge is payable depending on the location and order size - please contact us for a quote before you order. A separate paypal invoice will be issued before the plants are posted. As a guide the surcharge is about $1 per plant additional postage.   South Australia Postcodes 5200–5749 Queensland Postcodes 4450–4499; 4700–4805; 4806-4899; 9920–9959; 9960-9999

When you receive the plants, keep in mind that they have been in the dark for a few days and will need a bit of time to recover. Carefully unpack the plants from the box being sure not to break stems or branches. Unwrap the paper and remove the plastic bag used to hold the soil in the pot. Place the plants in a cool shady place and give them a good drink. Over the next few days provide them with more light and they will be ready to be planted out in your garden.

If you have any problems, please contact us so we can help you resolve any issues.
