Bergenia purpurescens

Bergenia purpurescens featuresdeep pink flowers with held on stems well above the foliage inearly to mid spring. Its attractive large succulent oval leaves are forest green in colour. As an added bonus, the foliage turns a gorgeous deep purple in the Autumn. Most effective when mass planted as a groundcover or used as an edging along a walkway. Perfect for dry shade.
