Ceratostigma wilmottiana 'Forest Blue' Tibetan Plumbago

A magnificent small perennial shrub featuring shiny, mid-green leaves that are slightly hairy. This form has Intense deep sky blue flowers that are produced throughout the warmer months, ours starting in Spring and continuing until autumn. a nice small feature plant, but much better if a few are planted to give a real impact. Happy in full sun or part shade. Very drought and frost tolerant.
