Eryngium yuccifolium

An excellent North American perennial that produces showy white heads on top of 1m tall stems. The leaves are narrow, mid to grey-green and look very much like that of a Yucca. Like all Sea Holly, this is a member of the carrot family. Happy in dry, to normal well drained soils and prefers full sun.
