Stachys byzantina - 'Big Ears'
A fabulous and hardy perennial ground cover featuring large leaves leaves of soft silver velvet. It deserves to be allowed to spread to about 30 to 40 cm. In mid spring, it sends up 40cm silver spikes with dainty pink flowers.
