Helichrysum italicum serotinum - Curry Plant
The curry plant forms a wonderfully tough rounded shrub with bright silver leaves. It thrives on neglect, loves hot and dry and is full hardy. In the warmer months, the curry plant produces bunches of little yellow flowers. The name comes from the curry fragrance the foliage releases when crushed, brushed or on warm days. The foliage can be used in cooking. It makes a great low hedge.
