Phlomis russeliana

A rare herbaceous perennial Phlomis that sends up 60cm high spikes of bright yellow whorls of flowers from the mat of heart-shaped green leaves. Perfect in a perennial border or any garden bed. I like to leave the spent and dried flower heads on the plant to add interest over winter. Looks spectacular when mass planted.
